Omnyra plugin: privacy notice

This notice covers the Omnyra plugin for ChatGPT and other AI assistants. The plugin is published by Omnyra AI Inc ("Omnyra"). Omnyra's full privacy policy is at https://omnyra.ai/legal/privacy.

What the plugin does. It runs business calculators, such as an hourly rate, cash runway or a loan payment, on figures you give your assistant in a conversation.

What Omnyra receives. When your assistant uses one of the plugin's calculators, Omnyra's server receives the name of the calculator and the figures your assistant passes to it, for example revenue, costs, cash on hand or hours worked. Your assistant may also attach technical details to the request, such as an anonymized identifier and the type of app making it. Omnyra does not receive your name, your email address, your account details or the rest of your conversation.

How Omnyra uses it. Only to work out the answer and send it back to your assistant.

What Omnyra keeps. Omnyra does not store the figures you give or the answers the plugin returns, and does not record them in its logs. Omnyra's hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard request records (the time, the address requested, the response status, the type of app and the IP address the request came from) for up to 30 days, for security and to keep the service running. These records do not contain your figures.

Who else receives it. Vercel, which hosts the plugin's server. Your conversation itself is handled by the provider of your assistant, such as OpenAI, under that provider's own privacy policy.

What Omnyra does not do. No accounts, no cookies, no advertising, no profiling, and no sale or sharing of your information.

Your choices. You can stop using the plugin at any time by removing it from your assistant. Because Omnyra keeps none of your figures, there is nothing of yours to delete. Questions: https://omnyra.ai/support.

Children. The plugin is meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes. If this notice changes, the effective date above changes with it.
